A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum: Self-Hosted

Hello -

Internet time is instantaneous. Glaciers move faster than me when updating software, like the new 4.0 patches. Many weeks since its release, that's where I am today.

- I have 3.0
- I added those fantastic folders: api & bt_v15

I FTP'd that fantastic duo and tried to push the "create a new application" link. It went to my error page, 'file not found.'

I turned it back to the saved (previous) api & bt_v15 folders and it was working fine.

Any thoughts on what may be happening? weird, eh?

Have nothing to add other than your post made me chuckle, thanks for that!

As a good man once said, good to see your name.

maybe just add the files in the 4.0 patches folders not the full folders.

I updated my self hosted recently by doing one file at a time, no problems to report (yet).
