Buzztouch plugin screen enhancement

Although there are a lot of other priorities at Buzztouch at the moment and I'm excited to see what happens, when the smoke dies down, one thing I would love to see added is the ability to filter plugins by platform. The plugin screen is a lot bigger now since buzztouch was first released. It can get quite painful scrolling through them Ann. It would be great to be able to filter on iOS, android or both Just an enhancement thought for the future :) Keep up the good work kaybee and thanks to David! Thanks Steve

Great suggestion. It even a better dream is to have all the plugins compatible across all the platforms ;)

You can make Something that looks close to mosaic menu with androids staggered grid view. https://dzone.com/articles/how-implement-staggered-grid

Speaking of plugins, anyone know how to get the tactical gps one working? I bought it this month for new app and it does nothing. Tried emailing the developer, zero reply. Frustrating.

@feraco, I contacted MrDavid and he is not prepared to support or keep his plugins up to date and therefore I have removed them. I will making contact with other plugin developers in the next two weeks to do the same. Kristen

Can these deleted plugins perhaps be added to Github as abandonware. Someone may like to "take over" dev and upkeep.

It'll be a shame to lose some plugins that may be working just because the developer does not respond to your mail or no longer uses this community. I agree with AussieRyan, maybe move to an 'abandoned' section where another developer may want to take over the plugin and keep it alive?

Definitely agree with you all! Abandoned plugins should become public domain or - better - "BT-members domain"... Some are awesome, would be a pity to trash them! Cheers Jack

Hey Guys, 100% agree with you. We will get them up on to scratch in time before we put them back on the market. What we can't have on BT is sub par plugins that make us look bad. Sure you guys understand. This is one of the biggest complaints we get, "The source code is so out of date" (most of the time it is actually the plugins). As promised we will have an update to iOS and Android up very soon for all to enjoy. Regards Kristen

It would be super cool to able to search by type and have plugins display only menu plugins, only image plugins, etc...

I am all for removing, flagging, or setting aside old/abandoned plugins that can maybe be fixed later. But in the meantime can there be a list somewhere of which plugins have been removed? I don't remember who developed some of the plugins in my apps and it would be nice to be able to keep track. Thanks.

Check the head of the plugins code, most developers have left a trace there...
