I just tried, for the third time in as many weeks, to renew my subscription. I tried by using credit card info, not PayPal. I get the whirling circle with the lock in the middle of it like its processing but my renewal date does not update and I haven't seen the charge on my card. (at least the last couple of tries) I WANT to renew my subscription but it doesn't seem to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if it requires a Paypal account, but that's my primary way of Paypal payment. You don't 'have' to tie it to a bank account I don't think. Good Luck! I'll wait a few days to be sure that my last attempt doesn't post to my credit card account then I'll try Smugs advice. If that don't work, I'll just use my personal PayPal account.
