Tonights question: Best way to play video file included in iOS build?

I'm updating some old v1.5 apps (lol), and they have a screen called "streaming video player", which would also allow you to include the video in the compiled app. I just looked through the plugins available, and I don't see anything that would do this. Seems like a pretty fundamental task for an app, but maybe its not? I was checking out Cris's Ultimate screen creator and according to his how-to video, you can create a screen that plays videos. Commented out the JSON line, but the lines that reference appDelegate also throw errors. If I comment those out, it compiles, but it doesn't play the video. --edit.
