Word documents can be included in the project and compiled in the application or they can be downloaded from a URL when the app runs. If they are downloaded from a URL they are cached on the device for offline use.

Download the self hosted package for the plugin
Visit the Admin > Plugins screen in your self hosted software
Upload the package to your self hosted control panel

You cannot download this plugin without logging into your account and making sure it is installed in your control panel.
