Rare Simple Menu issue [SOLVED]

Hi there, One of my users reported me an screenshot with a strange problem with the app. It uses Simple Menu plugin. Look: http://i.imgur.com/p4vGTxO.png Does anyone have or had this problem? He told me he's using a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Here are the characteristics: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_note_4-6434.php Maybe it's because its display resolution? :/ Thanks!

That looks like Android. If so, yes, I've seen that. And yes, it 'is' display resolution. Hard to get right for every single device out there. I'd build it for my tablet, and find it looking very crappy on my wife's phone. You'll have to play with the layout.xml file to get things 'perfect' which is a tough job, but eventually kind of doable. Good Luck! Cheers! -- Smug

OMG -- that is horrible! Is Android that finicky? What's the equivalent of Auto Layout for Android?

Hmmm...I'm sure you tested this on a device first, correct? LA

It is Android, yes. I've tested it on my device of course, but it looks perfect! I'm not sure what to do now..

Too bad Stobe does not have an Android version of this. https://www.buzztouch.com/plugins/plugin.php?pid=BD0306290BCC53E0743714F How about adding code to change the row heights based on device type? Use a multiplication formula to increase the row height by 1.3 for a particular set of devices.

I could finally solve this! I used 85 for 'Row Height' and 20 for 'Title Font Size' in Large Devices settings section. This is on Simple Menu settings under List Rows, Font Size configuration.
