Hi all. Been quiet recently, puppy, repairs on house, new app, all good though! Cheers to everyone that offered to test a new app for me, couldn't do this without you all. Apple approved it during the week but not launching until I iron out some Android issues and add in some other features and IDX data and get press release, social media set up. Hi @MacApple, How long did it take you with all the 250 places on the map? I'm just starting a similar one, any advice on the details of each description/pin, or suggestions? LA

@smugwimp - The around me page just pulls in all the data from the series of maps and locations in the app. Just a wee php file in the data url. @mysps - Should be a cool day, can't wait. @LA - Took an evening or so, once the coffee and nicotine kick in it's a breeze.

@macapple, would you mind sharing how you were able to change the icon image from pin to a custom image in the location map. It looks great. Nice job as always.
