Weird Email after submitting app

Im not using the push notifications in my buzztouch app but i got an email right after i submitted my app that said " Dear developer, We have discovered one or more issues with your recent delivery for "Block and Item IDs for Minecraft". Your delivery was successful, but you may wish to correct the following issues in your next delivery: Missing Push Notification Entitlement - Your app appears to register with the Apple Push Notification service, but the app signature's entitlements do not include the "aps-environment" entitlement. If your app uses the Apple Push Notification service, make sure your App ID is enabled for Push Notification in the Provisioning Portal, and resubmit after signing your app with a Distribution provisioning profile that includes the "aps-environment" entitlement. If you would like to update your binary for this app, you can reject this binary from the Binary Details page in iTunes Connect. Note that rejecting your binary will remove your app from the review queue and the review process will start over from the beginning when you resubmit your binary. Regards, The App Store team " Any ideas?

They are pretty much telling you that you set up your app for push but did not include push service. I'm assuming you submitted without adding push service, yeah?

i just download the source from buzztouch, code signed it and then send it off to apple. I never even touched push in the control panel or in the Xcode let alone iOS provisions center.

Yip. The push code was added to allow the implementation for Push. You'll be cool, just Apple saying "did you miss something". They were being nice!

Yup...makes sense. In most cases, even if you're not "using" PUSH, it's best to include a Provisioning Profile that will allow it. This just a matter of creating a profile for the app that supports Push (by checking the option in the dev portal). Because your project includes code to support push, whether you enable it or not, it's Apple's way of saying "are you sure you want to do this."
