Editable documents in app

Hi Guys, I am trying to figure out a way to enable users to fill up a form off-line, save it until they can send it online later. Is that feasible? Right now the (3) documents are editable PDFs but I could change to another format (e.g. html). From what I understand Pdfs cannot be editable inside the app. Can they be saved, then edited on the (IOS) phone without the help of another app? If I go down the HTML route, I could write a form but I would need some kind of database in app? Any pointer would be greatly appreciated. THanks, Farcat

It looks like I need to learn more about contentEditable and localStorage. Anyone has implemented these successfully in an BT app? Cheers, Farcat

I've used localStorage in the past when I was getting started - it will work just fine for this purpose. Personally, though, I prefer using a native approach.

Have you thought about using the Adobe Reader app as a means of filling out digital forms? In the past 7-days I gave the details on a similar post. -- Niraj
