If you have a limited number of map locations that change infrequently, the best option is to manually load them using the plugin’s Map Locations feature. If you have a larger number of locations, especially if your locations need to change from time to time, the solution is to import into the plugin with a unique URL, and re-load your changes as needed directly into the database. I already use the dataurl for other plugins, feeding them data with php scripts. Installing scripts and creating/editing SQL databases is no problem...
