I put some thought to this, and while I think it could be done, it would take some serious ninja skills. (and having your own backend send the push requests to apple) Remember we are using BT's backend to send the push contents to apple and then have them distribute them. My thought would be to capture the users location at the time you register the device and then every time you sent a push have your backend run a script that sorted the devices and then only sent the appropriate ones. I also like the concept of the app reporting the users location and then tying the registered device to their location so it would be more accurate. This would be a fun discussion with David.
