Update: Solved - New iTunes Connect You must submit a build

Earlier Post - I compiled the app in xcode 5.3.3. - I built the app detail page in the new iTunes Connect, was unable to submit and received the message "You must choose a build," and "Submit your builds in xcode 6 or later....". - The new iTunes Connect instructions clearly say to scroll to the Build section and click the plus sign to select a build. There is no plus sign visible. - I updated to xcode 6.0, recompiled my app, etc., and product and selected build. The xcode returned "Succeeded". - No change in Prelease or Build, If anybody has encountered this I'd sure appreciate your help. Thanks.
