I have tried everything to get it to show. I have tried on Menu with Image and Menu Simple but nothing shows even when I assign the context menu. Any ideas?

Works great for me. I had fun hacking the thing up in my app that's under review right now to get it to perform functions other than loading a screen.

after creating a menu you need to add it to each screen where you would add a right nav bar button

Is it definitely the 3.0 download. Check in your download project that there is a BT_contextMenu in the core
