Hi Guys, having strange problems with plugins ive bought and not used yet, for some reason when adding the plugin, it adds ok, but theres no extra options within the plugin, ie the design menu plugin, the only options i have are Screen Nickname Top Navigation Bar Require Login Screen Background Color Screen Background Image Hide from Search Results Tab Bar JSON Configuration Data (Editable) theres no option for buttons or anything, same with other plugins i havnt used yet, all i get are the options above, im hosted here and working on the ios version, is this something im doing wrong. I have noticed that too. Two ways you can resolve this. 1) Read this document https://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/CP2Project.pdf it will explain how you can manually add what is missing. Once you add the missing parameters, everything will function as it should. This is the preferred way. 2) You can use the field JSON Configuration Data (Editable) through which you can directly edit and change the value of parameters. The drawback of this method is that all the new values will be forgotten when you change any other parameter through the control panel. So No. 1) has to be implemented at one point in time and the sooner the better.

Isnt that for self hosted dude, im having the above problem here on buzz hosted, the secound option wont work as im constantly changing my app,surely shouldnt be having this problem hosted here cheers sean

lol no probs, i know its weird, shouldn't be happening here on buzz hosted, i know the guys would prefer self hosted, but this is one of my earliest apps, i will be transferring it over to self hosted, but not just yet. thanks sean

Which plugins? If a plugin isn't working, check with the developer. If you can't reach the developer, let me know.

is there any reason why there are plugins in the store that are not supported, or at least tell us that they are not supported, seams i have few that ive bought that i havnt used yet and cannot use now.
