As the xib button menu doesn't have a configurable transition type field, the default transition is activated, which means that as the alert menu plugin launches, the screen tries to transition away briefly before snapping itself back. I'm sure that this is why the alert plugin recommends launching it with a fade transition, but there's no option to do that with xib menu. My alerts work great, but launching them is ugly as hell - looks like the app is buggy. Any ideas?
