A Transition Issue Between BTA Design Menu and Ultimate Screen Creator

Ah, two of my favourite screens; BTA Design Menu and Ultimate Screen Creator. Using USC as my home screen, I've got a really slick menu (even slides to the left to reveal a side bar menu - wonderful!). I have around ten sub menus linking off of this USC screen, all using BTA Design Menu. I love the BTADM; I can quickly and easily make great looking menus. My issue is this (and I'd be grateful for any insight from either of the plugin creators!) - When transitioning back to the USC from the BTADM, something funky happens (and not in a good way). Initially, the USC "sticks" to its layout i.e. it doesn't scroll unnecessarily, the swipe to the left happens in a fixed fashion. When I transition back to the USC from BTADM however, it's like the USC is no longer constrained by its dimensions - scrolling around results in being able to navigate anywhere within the screen, no fixed anchor points. There's also a "black banner" covering the bottom, say, 15% of the screen on the USC screen (almost like an ad banner or a lack of compensation for the 4 inch screen size). I hope the mumblings above are clear - to aid, please see screen shot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/f6ix3a2j2eo6vy5/transition_issue.png?dl=0 A note - this only happens on transition between these two screens (and, just to add, there are no ads being called in any of the screens). A fun topic for a Thursday morning!

It has nothing to do with the topic, but what font and images have you used for those menu items on the USC? I'm trying to create a new app and that looks like a really nice way of laying it out! And what are you using for the sidebar? Speak to the 2 developers for direct help, @PSMDanny (BTM) and @chris1 (USC) Ed

Your designs always look nice. Hope things get solved. The bottom part looks like a 'mystery tab bar' or maybe just making room for one. But I don't have those plugins, so I can't say with any authority. Cheers! -- Smug

Cheers Smug - With the color scheme I'm using it's hard to say for certain if it's a tab space, a 3.5 / 4 inch difference or an ad banner (the ad banner seems the least likely). Let's see where we end up! Ed - Thanks for the positive comments! The font is HelveticaNeue-Thin; I've hardcoded it as the default font throughout. The slide out bar is only available on the home screen in this particular app, though by using the USC it can be achieved throughout - it really is a great plugin. Simply set the right hand anchor point of the table in the USC to around 330 px (play around according to your exact table width) and you'll get a swipe to the left menu. For a RHS menu, you could set to -330 px maybe? I haven't employed this but it should work I think.

I have a load of questions... 1) How did you make the buttons? What settings? Did you use photoshop etc.? 2) Can you send a screenshot of the sidebar? 3) How did you hard code the font? 4) How did you make that nav bar? Ed

Jimmy - can you send me your project so I can take a look? I just tried a simple setup with 2 screens (usc and btadm), with 3 images laid out horizontally on the usc screen so it would scroll side to side, and a button linking to the btadm. It seems to work just fine for me in that simple example.
