I got the same error when I compiled an app. It did not use a survey, so the easiest way to fix the issue was to remove the specific java file all together. It could have something to do with the JRE, I don't currently have one installed, do I need to do that? I can not upgrade my self-hosting BT to play enough with the plugins to work with them in a respect that would give me the information to answer that question ...
