No SDK manager

Am in Eclipse and want to find the SDK manager. Go to Window but there is no option for SDK manager. Where did it go? Thanks. Steve

Click on "Windows" in the menu bar

There is only a Window (not Windows) option in menu bar and there is no SDK manager there.

No, it looks something like that but ends with Navigation and Bring all to Front. The rest of the choices are not there. Eclipse does not say there are any updates when I check (when it starts it says its version Juno).
