It looks like it should be super simple, but I'm not having any luck. They are running a promotion for August & September where they are guaranteeing $6 eCPM and I would love to integrate and try it out. Below is a link for the instructions from Amazon. If anybody can figure out how to integrate and share, that would be awesome. Its possible the ad is there, but it is just hiding behind something.
