I just resubscribed, and when going to the self hosted software section under my account, I used to be able to download the self hosted core. I no longer see a download link. Did it get moved?

i think so yes. BT is going through a redesign for BT5 which we are expecting an update on any day according to: https://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?fid=FB9328F90467A2DCC799326&tid=FB9328F90467A2DCC799326 like the plugin market, self hosted was removed as we are unsure of their future. you now know as much as us! :) good to see you back though!

I hope thats not the case. Everything on the site still says you can run BT on your own server. I was hoping to update my existing self hosted BT, which was the reason for re-subscribing. I guess I'll give it a few days and hope something for self hosted appears in BT 5.

We've been waiting a couple of months for an update so I'm not sure bt5 will be out in next few days. Self hosted still works, it's just the install package link is gone. Maybe someone one the forum will have a version they could mail/link you for now. What I don't know is if self hosted is in BT's plan for the future or if we have to do everything from their control panel now or not

Thats cool. I'd love a copy of the self hosted zip if possible. Looks like I can download and apply the patches up to 4.0.3, but I need the initial core zip first. If anybody has it, [email protected]

Very frustrated. Kristen, is there a 4.0 link to download at all? It's the only reason I paid to resubscribe. The BT hosted version does me no good in my situation. I don't want to keep paying for something I never receive.

Hi Dave, I only noticed this post now. As you have been away for a while you might not have seen all the announcements over the last 6 months. I will try break it down a little for you. There is no major update to self hosted account, only a couple of files were updated and a link was provided in the forum to them and instructions on what needed to be done. We are also re-looking at how we plan to offer Self hosted, frankly it should be an enterprise solution, therefore we have withdrawn self hosted availability to new users, including those that are not subscribers and come back later on. With regards to your statement "I don't want to keep paying for something I never receive", we don't want you to either, but we do want to be clear what we say we are going to deliver and you are not waiting for something we have communicated we are not going to provide in its current form.
