Reflector for Android...?

I'm looking for an app similar to 'reflector' for iOS; where your physical device screen shows up on your computer... I found this: http://droid-at-screen.ribomation.com/ and will be testing soon... Anyone else find anything worth anything? Cheers! -- Smug

Holy Smokes, it works! :) Rob: does Android 'aircast' ? I wasn't aware... which was why I was asking... But the 'droid at screen' lags a little, but works. Because the Android Emulator doesn't show maps, I needed something to 'accurately' present results from a couple of tutorials I had planned... Cheers! -- Smug

hey chromecast can mirror your device to a screen.they just recently added that feature. http://www.engadget.com/2014/06/25/chromecast-screen-mirroring/ what you found Smug, is free though compared to $35 for the chromecast

I posted this in another thread 10 months ago and it worked then; hopefully, would still work now as well: https://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=37251D2F75BEC4A4AF4523A&command=isSearching&currentPage=1&topicTitle=&createdBy=Dusko&repliedBy=&minViews=-1&maxViews=-1&minReplies=-1&maxReplies=-1&forumCategory= This actual link is: http://code.google.com/p/androidscreencast/ Desktop app to control an android device remotely using mouse and keyboard. Should work on Windows/Linux/MacOS with any android device.

In OS X Yosemite, they have implemented this feature that records everything off your iPhone of iPad to QuickTime. This is used for the new App Previews. As Smug mentions, Reflector is great for iOS. It uses any device with AirPlay mirroring (not AirCast) and instead of only mirroring to Apple TV, it mirrors to Macs too. Chromecast just does the same as an Apple TV. It mirrors to your TV, but it isn't really helpful because it doesn't mirror to your computer. This means you can't record or anything. I have one, and I really don't like it. If you're looking for some external TV input from your phones, use the more expensive Apple TV: it's a million times better.
