I'm sorry...just not very sure how all of this works. If I try to build a new version I have to get the source code to the person who has the account and then he submits it to the markets. He said it is not free to do this. Any feedback/info regarding this would be so appreciated. Thanks!!

Regarding buzztouch, you can download for free a new version of your app with core 3.0. If the app is the app store, then the developer account is active. It's free to upload a new package to Apple to update your app. The only costs I can see you might have, is if you have no knowledge of how this works, and need to pay that person to prepare the package to submit to the app store. But those costs would be for this work, not for apple or buzztouch. Cheers. Miguel

Yes, that's the problem that I have...the person who gave me this In Kind gift for my advocacy is not in a position to pay someone to prepare the package and submit it to the app stores. I just wanted to add a bit more "flavor" to my app in version 1.4, but I am noticing that I most probably will be unable to. Thanks!!
