Hi All - I am starting a new app but have some concerns over loss of user-inputted data when I go to update the app in the future. Specifically, for plug-ins such as checklist, reminder list, and collector with user inputs will the information be preserved with app store updates? (or a way to ensure that it is?) AlanMac Aspiring developer Posts: 2612 Reg: Mar 05, 2012 Esher, UK 37,120	06/27/14 01:55 AM (10 years ago) You can test that for yourself by 1) Installing the app to your device and adding some data 2) Doing an app update in xcode (presumably an ios app). 3) Re-installing the app to your device and checking if the original data is preserved.
