Hey Gang, Thought this might interest a few of you. Touchpal ( http://www.touchpal.com/en/ios8.html ) have given me an alpha version of their swipe keyboard, which is going to be usable on iOS 8 now that Apple are open to third party keyboards. I have been playing with their standalone (pre iOS8) app available here : https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/touchpal-keyboard/id577705038?mt=8 To see if is worth the hype experienced by Android users. While I have only played with it a bit, it certainly seems a lot quicker and easier to use. I plan on getting a bit more comfortable with it and then doing a standard speed test against the conventional method of typing. I will post the videos to show you the results in about a weeks time. As this is only Alpha, I expect there to be some bugs, but lets see how it turns out, I have high expectations already.
