BT 2.0 is Google api's, BT 3.0 is Android API's. Which one are you going for BT2 or BT 3?

If you are self hosted, you have a choice of BT 2 or 3, but if you are BT Hosted you are BT 3.0 only. On BT 3 should be using Android API's, as per the readme.pdf that gets downloaded with the project. Also, do you have google play services sorted?

Sorry I don't actually understand the errors you are seeing. If you have just started with Eclipse, it can be a pain. All I can suggest is you start with a very simple app, prove the environment is OK to compile it and build up from there.

Make sure you've properly included the Google Play Services library. Sometimes, I have to change my Android API level from 14 to 15, the errors clear out, and then I can change it back to 14. I've not figured out 'why' it works, but it works sometimes. Give it a shot. Cheers! -- Smug

Hi @funkeymonkey, yes, I looked at the picture you posted, I simply didn't understand the error. If it was me, I'd start with a test app, something really simple, just to make sure Eclipse is OK.
