First is pure chat. I was talking to a fellow buzz toucher about app support. Pure chat is a uni project, basically jot is a live help chat, you know the ones that pop up and say can I help then they put you in a queue and a real person answers. Anyway. create your chat window after signing up there are tonnes of options it automatically scales to an iOS screen or iPad screen so it looks native. Use the BT_customURL screen add the link as the link you are given after it has been created in the usual place and voila you have an awesome customer engagement screen. here's a demo for me https://app.purechat.com/w/nbvdt you never know I might reply What makes this even better is you can download the Purechat app from apple or android, when someone post you a question, you get a push notification and can reply instantly. Also you can set up multiple admins so you could give the app to anyone to respond to. Friggin awesome. And it's free no ads a tiny bit of branding at the bottom. It's awesome And obviously it works for android, apple and you can even put it on your website with the app and people could ask questions about your app before they buy. You can set up multiple chat window types also.

Another one I found for the quest is a site called http://www.parachat.com This does the same thing but to be honest it is as ugly as sin and they charge, but what they do is a free chat page similar to the buzz touch mods chat, its supported with ads though but there is a price option to remove them. Again totally free sign up, set up they give you a link. Just add that to your custom URL link and your good to go. Another feature for pure chat is, you can set it as unavailable to not frustrate your customers, it will then pop up a message question and they can leave their email for a reply

And feel like talking to myself. It sends you an email of every chat taken place and the transcripts, any reply emails, I'm gushing over this piece of kit.

Also, anyone that has my chat plugin for iOS or android, you can use any of the chat services mentioned above instead of the default chat service installed by default with the plugin... Just go to the chat plugin control panel page and paste your new chat room url over the one it currently uses and hit save.
