Beginner - Xcode iOS Simulator says Plugin not found?

I couldn't get my first app to work, so I created a new app from scratch. I did absolutely nothing in the new app, just created the app, and downloaded the .zip file. Opened the folder in Xcode pressed "play" and got "Plugin not found?". Btw same error as with my first app. The first error I got in the log was: 2014-05-13 22:02:33.884 medo[43096:60b] BT_application: getViewControllerForScreen: ERROR, could not initialize view controller for screen with itemId: 7732DA9ADDEEE1642DC9D1D I am running MacOS 10.9.2 and Xcode 5.1.1 (5B1008) and iOS Simulator 7.1 (463.9.41) I have traversed Google to find some "Getting started" document, and only managed to find a .PDF about installing Xcode and one about submitting to iTunes. Please point me in the right direction, and I do apologise if I have missed out the obvious ... for be not so obvious.

I think they're including the 'instructions.pdf' file with the packages again… take a look and see if it is in there. It'll take a lot of the mystery out of running the app in your dev environment :) Cheers! -- Smug

For sure XCode is a pain to understand when you first look at it. (Eclipse even more so). But spend some time getting familiar and a world will be opened to you!
