Your Apple Push Notification Service Certificate will expire in 30 days.

Hi, Today i got mail from Apple saying that Apple Push Notification Service Certificates have expired. How to resolve it, just shall i revoke and create the new CSR or i have to submit an update to Apple. Is there any possibility to increase the Maximum expiry date for Push Notifications.

Nope, there's no way to do that. Once they're expired, they're expired. Best thing to do is to update the app. Hate it, but there's no other solution. -tM

That isn't my understanding of push. The APN cert is not included in your build, it is on a server somewhere so when you renew the cert and upload to the server it should all work as it did, no need to resubmit the app.

@MacApple Actually I think you're right. If I recall however, there is something that you ship with the app for APN's that is either a certificate or in the provisioning profiles or something. -tM

As long as the AppID matches you'll be cool.

IS there anyway to increase the Maximum Expiry date? I am having 50 apps in my account and also its difficult to track the expiry date of each app.
