App test request anyone with Galaxy device and/or Android 4.3?

I have just published an app using BT 3.0 and I am receiving feedback from a couple of users with Galaxy S3 and another with an Galaxy S5 that the app doesn't load. I am concerned, so if you would like to help, I'm asking for a quick download from Google Play store, test and report back that it does or doesn't load one way or the other please.
