Hi all, I have this app on app store for a year, recently i got a message from a user saying it was giving errors and i tried it on xcode (simulator) and it gives me the same error message "data not downloaded". Why continue to use a re-seller that is not allowed to make new apps? At least in here, you can make new apps without those headaches. And you will have lots more stability. -- Niraj

No worries, they do not charge money for each plugin but i am limited to their choice of plugins that are included in their self hosted installation. I guess i have to become a buzztouch member to access all the plugins and create my own collection. Thanks

Hello, I thought this was resolved but it is not really... so i am asking for some help as i am lost on how to resolve this. I noticed that the problem is that the domain name of the self hosted instalation has changed a few months ago and the custom html plugins that i use on this app is still reporting to the old domain name causing the screens not to download . Is there a way to change this on the control panel? I can see the errors on the JSON DATA file but do not see how i can save changes there. i have change to the correct data url, then i have pressed the publish changes button , pressed the live mode and show design mode data and everytime it loads the JSON DATA file on the control panel it contains the same old domain name for the link to the dataUrl. thank you

Thank you Niraj. I had looked into those threads but could not find the answer to my question. Is it possible to make changes on the JSON DATA (in this case is dataurl for the customHtml screen) on the control panel instead of submitting an update to apple? this thread points out the same issue http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=D2CF93732EBA4E430885CD6&fid=A00805FCC9962ECBA15A891&sortColumn=FT.id&sortUpDown=DESC&currentPage=2 but the dataurl on the "BT_appConfig" as well as the ReportToCloud url are correct, only the dataurl related to the screen points to an old domain name and i am not sure i can change that in the control panel.

If your case is dataurl for the customHtml screen, then change it to be your new server location. Does that help?

Yes that is what i am trying to do in the control panel but cannot see how. i have changed that on xcode and in simulator works fine but the users still haver the old dataurl for this screen and it cannot download. do i have to update a new version with apple? cheers
