Wow... I didn't expect this one... my Universal Studios app was just approved today on the first try. I was worried that the images and references to many copyrighted figures, like the Simpsons, Spiderman, The Hulk, Harry Potter and other things, not to mention Universal Studios themselves, was a recipe for disaster with apple rejecting it for copyright violations, and I expected several rounds of changes and compromises to get approval. NOT THE CASE! Approval just came in, with no issues at all. Here is the link to the app in the app store. If you find it useful, please support it by buying a copy and supporting this Buzztouch developer, as this took over 6 months of data entry, 41 plugins and over 1,000 control panel screens (not counting the thousands of child items). Decided to keep the price at a very low $2.99 to build up the community inside the app instead of charging more. Tons of value for the money. Thanks. I had apple complain that a bubble pop game I once made too closely resembled Harry Potter. I hadn't used any actual images, but called it potter pop and had a character on broom stick fighting flying ghouls... so I thought with all the harry potter pics and other similar media of other copyrighted big names, that they would have something to say about this one. I didn't cross any legal lines, I just know apple can be picky on their approvals. Legally I'm all set, I had a copyright attorney take a peak at it before submission. I didn't use the universal branding or anything too far into the gray area. Not even enough for them to attempt a cease and desist. ;) I just figured apple wouldn't care and would reject it based on the fact that they have the power to do so if they deem it appropriate, lol

I like the app. I just moved from Orlando to Knoxville a couple of years ago. I know that area like the back of my hand. I have eaten at the Bubba Gump and Margaritaville many times. Your app brings back great memories.
