stevek Aspiring developer Posts: 808 Reg: Dec 24, 2011 great neck 8,080	confirm \| cancel 04/10/14 07:09 PM (10 years ago) Obtaining Identities I'm trying to validate an archived app and for some reason I'm getting the message that there are no identities available and I should download. I click on the button that says it will do it for me but it comes back with the message that An Administrator must request identities before they can be downloaded. I know I have to go to the Development Center but could someone please tell me what to do from there? It's been a long time since I've dealt with this particular thing. ThI should also say that in my keychain are current and valid developer and distributer certificates. Thanks. If you need help with those, Google is your best bet... It's not the simplest thing to do if this is your first time doing it. Once you've done it a few times, it becomes easier. Not sure if this is the norm but it works!
