2 API Calls Per Download

I am supposed to get 100 API calls per month which tells me that I should be able to download 100 apps per month. While I don't anticipate getting anywhere close to that on a regular basis, I need to transfer about 80 apps this first month. The problem I am having is that I had somehow used 8 API calls before I ever downloaded my first app and I am getting charged 2 API calls for every source code I download. What do I need to do so I only get charged 1 API call per app? Again, I don't anticipate this being a problem other than this first month because I don't anticipate doing even 50 in a single month other than this month. In my panel, it shows 313 out of 100 allowed and everything still works OK. However, let someone from the Buzztouch official staff tell you how exactly things stand. As of right now, I have downloaded exactly 5 source codes (4 apps, one of them twice). The self hosted software screen has me down for 20 API Calls. In addition to the apparent 2 calls per download, I am getting random calls charged as well. I'm not gonna worry about it until it prevents me from downloading apps, but based on what I am seeing, I will definitely hit the 100 calls this month as I transfer all my apps over to self hosting. It has taken me several days to get self hosting set up and figure out the little differences between V3.0 and the older version where I had created all my apps before.
