All projects currently run the BT v3 core code, and require Android 4 API or higher to compile. So, if you just downloaded the code, you'll also need to make sure that you go into the Android SDK Manager in Eclipse and have at least Android 4 API installed. In addition, each project requires that you link to the Google Play Services library.
