No tab menu, images in html docs on android app

Images are in res/drawable and BT_Docs. Structure is tabbed layout. When the app is run on a device the following problems occur: 1. Tab menu is not visible and no links appear to the other pages of the app. 2. Images in home page content (using "Custom HTML/Text") are not appearing. All I can see is the home page HTML with empty box place holders where images should be and no navigation menu. Please advise. Title Comments Have an android app set up in eclipse with no errors.
