Checklist plugin isn't working with iOS6

Checklist plugin worked fine with iOS7 device but with iOS6 device and stimulator - crushes all the time. It says with Thread warning something about .. for Navigation bar it can't send proper bar position for Background image. So I can't use otherwise good plugin (and $20 gone too).
