I ordered the upgrade yesterday morning and it was complete by yesterday afternoon. It was easy and efficient. I highly recommend the service!! I am glad that I did the initial installation last summer, but I am also glad that I took advantage of this service so that there was almost no down time on my server yesterday to due personal error.
