The primary enhancement is the ability to use three header image sizes using a new property: "headerImageSize":"Large" or "headerImageSize":"Medium" or "headerImageSize":"Small" The pixel sizes to use for the images are specified in the plugin screen page. Large is 1536 by 720, and it is the default selection and the same as in the old version. Medium is 1536 by 400, and Small is 1536 by 245. If you are comfortable with tweaking the code, you can easily change the header image sizes for both iOS and Android to the three sizes you would like. For Android, it is best to use an image with a transparent background, because the variety of sizes of devices may not stretch the image to fill the entire field. On both iOS and Android, the Menu with Image does not distort your image to fit the space. I also included a layout file for the Android tablets. I will not automatically go into your project, but if you want to have the header image fit better on the tablets, just drag the file "layout-sw600dp" into your project and put it in the res file. I also lowered the price for Members and Raised the price for Guests. Please let me know if you have any problems with the plugin, and I will fix those right away. Thanks.
