Cannot test application

Ok, so I finally got the SDK and Eclipse to download and work. In addition I have watched the Buzz U videos on understanding the android operation however when I load a new project into eclipse it wont run, it says I have errors that must be corrected before it can run. The buzz videos didn't show what to do if that happened. This is what I do step by step. Download the package to test in eclipse unzip the file into a desktop folder called apps import the whole folder apps into eclipse try to run it but it just don't work. I'm very frustrated! Any help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Lloyd

When you expand the files in the project you can see where the errors are. When you move the cursor over the error in the code it will give you options to correct the error. Usually it will suggest adding a field or a class. Just click one and it will clear to the error. Once you have them all them all cleared you should be able to test it.

Did u get the api key for the maps? There is a thing in the how to section for that if you haven't gotten it already.

Sounds all you need to do is add the google play service into your project. Here's a link from the android site that shows how to do it. Bet that is all you need. http://developer.android.com/google/play-services/setup.html
