Error messages in xcode, first installing

As soon as I try to "run" my app in xcode, i receive several error Messages and I have no idea what they mean :) Error Messages: - Semantic issue: Incompatible pointer types - Semantic issue: Instance method "-sendEmailWithScreenData..." - Semantic issue: Use of undeclared identifier "BT_color" I also have another question, in the tutorials, when he use xcode, there is always a button which says "iphone Simulator". In my Version I am only able to choose "IPhone Retina" is this the same? Thank you for your help!!
