Android Spash

I am working on a BT 3.0 'dual mode' app, that use the splash screen. The iPhone shows the transitions very nicely - all good there. In Android, the splash image is initially displayed (with a bonus bounce) and then the screen goes black for the transition time period set in the control panel. My question, is how can I remove the Android blackness. I'm happy to sidestep the time delay in Android, or anything else creative. Any ideas please? (PS I'm not good at coding!)

What is the time you have set in the transition duration? I usually set mine to 1 and it works well.

The time is currently at 3 seconds, not optimal for Android, great for IOS, so I'm looking for a workaround for Android that doesn't compromise the IOS experience.

Yeah there has to be a way to make changes in the code for android but I am not sure how. I will check into it this evening and see what I can come up with.

Thanks, much appreciated. I've tested a little further. The Android splash only loads when the app loads, but not on refresh. The Apple splash loads even on a refresh. And even if I set the transition to one, I still get the black on Android.
