On your BT account find "Self Hosted Software" link and follow the instructions. It's very similar to the original instructions when you installed for the first time but it can be tricky. Read all the instructions on the "Self Hosted How To Guides" link before starting. You can recompile any app you created with BTv2 with the new code under BTv3, just download the source code again. I have some apps I can no longer change because the buzztouch.com control panel only supports android 4.0 and above. This is a real problem for me.
