It sent me a new temporary password as a result but I have not got the email. I cannot login in to my self hosted panel, as a result. I've tried using the password in "APP_BT_ACCOUNT_USERPASS" in my config file but no luck. What do I do to get access again? I can access everything by <a href="http://FTP" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://FTP</a>. Can I do a sever reinstall to get over this problem? John (Somewhat stressed). I hope that you dis use an email as your login id anyway your email maybe a bit wrong if you go into your website cpanel go to myphpadmin find the database name for your self hosted BT-server unless you called it something else go to users highlight columns then in the right panel click browse you should see one field it has email and loginId these should be emails change them to another email account then try and login again rester the password using the email you have just swapped and hopefully the email should ping I've just tested it with mine and it works good luck if you want me to do it for you just send me an email Comments try to resend password again. I finally received a password reset link. It took a long time to turn up. That was a long day! Will be putting beers in fridge in a few minutes to consume at length later. My first reaction to anyone else who does not receive the email with a temporary password when asking to reset it is to simply do nothing and wait for a few hours.
