Once you've purchased the plugin, and option becomes available to download the zip package of the plugin, which you then upload to your self-hosted server. Enjoy! It will save you a lot of headaches later, or having to chase down bug fixes in the forum or you can go to http://buzz-tools.com for the latest info on plugins you are considering purchasing.
