Hi Alex, Sounds like you are trying to load a 3.0 plugin in a 2.19 environment. Plugins prior to 3.0 used an index.php file. All new plugins for 3.0 core no longer use the index.php

Alex, I think you'll need to upgrade your control panel. Are you still on 2.19? If so, you'll need to update your control panel to the latest 3.0, as all plugins are now made for the 3.0 format.

You'll need to redownload the newest 3.0 script from the self hosted section (located here: https://www.buzztouch.com/account/selfHosted.php ) and install it on your server. The instructions are located on the same page, under the Self Host How To Guides link. Both the guide and the software can be found in the lower right corner of that page. if you're not comfortable installing the script, you'll need to hire someone to do it for you.
