This is just as cool, well not really, still cool though. I remember David and Trish discussing this over a year ago: http://venturebeat.com/2014/02/27/google-aims-for-a-basic-50-modular-phone-next-year-dishes-more-on-project-ara/

I was Skyping with the wife's mom (my mother-in-law, right?) today, and she was showing off her flip phone, and I just couldn't believe that she had one of those, crazy. I'm guessing she's right in there for the "43%" left to hit the smartphone market. These days, with smartphones so cheap (I'm talking Android, Windows and Blackberry), I would have thought most people would have upgraded by now. Guess not! David https://btmods.com/chat/

Crazy world mate. Two chaps I work with still have wee flip phones. I keep trying to sell them iPhone 4s for cheap to get them started, silly people! Mother in law, yip, you got it.
