Account renewal attempt

I have just tried to renew my account using the monthly renewal option. I entered my card details and submitted, but there is no user feedback from the BT site to say if the renewal was successful (or not). My renewal date (today) has stayed the same - so I'm left with the feeling that it has not worked. Is this the experience of others? How do I follow up, as there doesn't appear to be a contact email provided by BT? Help appreciated.
