My android context menu is at the bottom...

Is the android context menu ready for prime time? Looking at the BT website it looks like it should be on the navigation bar at the top of the screen but for some reason my app has a new bar at the bottom with it instead: https://www.dropbox.com/s/21f69meo99u84so/android.png How do I move it to the navigation bar??? In the simulator it shows differently but on my device it shows at the bottom.
