Disabling debug logging

Guys I have successfully created my first android app and its ready to go to the appStore. I am trying to make the app go faster - its just a simple menu app. Does the BT_debug logging that shows up in the console get disabled when I export it to a release mode? I just want to make sure that I am doing all the things needed to disable any logging or debug related pieces before releasing it on the play store.

Hi, I haven't seen it make much of a performance issue to an app but I still disable it. Open up your AndroidManifest.xml file. In Eclipse it may open in the GUI view or as a text file, but at the bottom of the file window there is a tab that says 'Application', click on that and set 'Debuggable' to false. Cheers Darrel
