If you remove the dataURL, that disconnects the app from being able to be refreshed. In order to restore that, the user will have to get an update from the store that has a config file in it that contains the dataURL you wish. Alternatively...you could change the dataURL to one that doesn't change, and then change it to something else later when you're ready. That won't require an update to the store. Then some people would be exposed to test updates you make, and others won't. It's kinda crazy!
