Taking app 'offline'

can someone pls tell me, to take my app 'offline' do i just delete the dataURL in my Live Mode Data in BT? and then just return it to there when i want to update to the app store?

Yep, that'll work. If you remove the dataURL, that disconnects the app from being able to be refreshed. In order to restore that, the user will have to get an update from the store that has a config file in it that contains the dataURL you wish. Alternatively...you could change the dataURL to one that doesn't change, and then change it to something else later when you're ready. That won't require an update to the store. Mark

Yep, it's pretty confusing, and there are mistakes you can make that will take your app offline without realizing it. Then some people would be exposed to test updates you make, and others won't. It's kinda crazy! Mark
